Just replaced the keyboard of my son's laptop. Busy with black Friday, I picked up the laptop and even with the amount of people that day, I received excellent service. The Geek Squad team is awesome. They are courteous, they take the time to explain everything and give you the best advise. I also fixed my laptop 3 years ago and for 2020 home theater. Thank you Geek Squad continue with your excellent customer service. Why 4/5 cause we always need to have some room for improvement, but deserve 5/5.👍👍

boxing day robbery : i will remember , and spread the word not to ever go to marché central anymore , police gave me a ticket of 313$ for stopping 5 seconds at a handicap spot so i can answer my cell with out causing any accident i am still in the car engine running was going to move police game me the citizen the client who is running the economy a 313$ dollars ticket on you own private parking which was full of cars and had no choice instead of a warning the police man gave a ticket so yeah good luck keeping your customers coming to your such or other events. best regards and good luck. because i will remember this specially during hard economy times
