Sun, snorkel, or simply relax at Playa Blanca, where turquoise waters, soft white sand, and lush coastal foliage attract scores of tourists and day-trippers. Kick back at one of the local beach bars with a bite to eat or a drink; alternatively, try buying some fresh oysters from the vendors who frequent the sandy stretch. Afterwards, grab your snorkeling gear and explore the underwater environment of coral and fish. However, be sure to keep an eye out for the jellyfish that frequent the area. • Unlike Cartagena where people were friendly, in this beach locals were rude, food and drinks overpriced and the place crowded, You don't really enjoy the time there .

  • A lovely resort with many different offerings. A beautiful marina at Rubicon which has walkways above the water, a great marina and lovely boutiques and restaurants on the waterfront. Simply...

  • It's a most beautiful beach you can find around. The local restaurants are nice, they serve good food. The sand is white and the water is barely crystal clear. But there are things to keep in mind: • Some places on the beach have rocks that can harm your feet. So ask where are those places or bring a pair of bathing shoes. • This place can be crowded as hell, you need to be cautious about the informal vendors. They can trick you by asking for a taste of what they are selling. • There are plenty of boats near the shore, you need to be super cautious about these. There are jet skies too but they tend to be further from the coast. Other than that, enjoy your trip! 🏖️
  • The beach is very crowded. There are many vendors trying to sell you stuff. Watch out for men being extra nice to you and arranging you a beach bed or showing you around, they charge you a huge inappropriate tip and don’t back down when you don’t want to pay. The beach would be beautiful but unfortunately the people there destroy it.
