    The lights in the park around Navidad, and the throngs of people gathering there, is a great experience. Be sure to check it out if you are there in December.

    A clean and well kept central park with cafes and outdoor tables circling it. There's a really vibrant, early evening crowd enjoying coffee and beer. A great spot for casual socializing or people watching.

    A lot of Christmas lighting in a moderately sized City Park. Update: Since the end-of-year holidays, those decorations are all gone. The park offers a lot of seating whether concrete chairs or brickwork around the trees & plants. Evening lighting is good enough to read my book. I find myself here fairly often to take advantage of the daytime shade.
