The park is not clean, and the paint of the place is in poor condition. To be a tourist place it needs more attraction to visit it in the day time.

Parque de los Novios is a great place to people watch, dine in the mini restaurants nearby, grab a drink and walk while checking out the street performances. There are lots of police around so it feels safe. They are also mini benches but some of the bars are missing. All I enjoy walking by here in the evening or early mornings for exercise. When it rains everyone gathers underneath the shelter and it’s very cute. You can also find people selling beer and ice cream. But overall my favorite are the street performers.

Nice park. Clean and neat. It's surrounded by many good restaurants and bars. Crowds be were friendly as were the restaurant/bar staff. Great spot for people watching.
