This whole park and Villa are under private property, the park is available to visit, but the area around Villa is not possible to see. Park is full of very old trees and interesting pathways

Interesting place. In my opinion it has potential for a lot of development. Then I would give 5 Stars. But now, the concept is confused. Go there so they can earn money to fully develop the site.
