Afriski Mountain Resort remains the one of only two ski resorts in the south of the continent. Sited 3,050 m (10,006 ft) above sea level, the resort features a 1 km (0.6 mi) long run for intermediate skiers and a gentle beginners’ slope. From June to August it will feel like a white Christmas and you’ll almost forget that you are visiting the world’s hottest continent. The resort offers a wide variety of accommodations--ranging from budget rooms and lodges to mountain chalets. Afriski Mountain Resort reviews
-
An amazing place. Enjoyed lunch at the restaurant as well as the trampoline. The views are amazing and the sunrise was great.

Decent warm accommodation. Lovely restaurant on site, extra cozy with well positioned fireplaces. Wide wine selection. Service at the resort is great. The entertainment provided as you ski is a fun touch. A great experience.
