  • We were there to learn about Tropical plants but were disappointed with some of them. Poorly kept plants, some were outgrown with shrubs, missing and poorly labelled.  more »

  • There is a wooden bridge in the middle of the garden. You have to skip to move. I crossed the bridge and one of the wood suddenly slipped off and my body fell through. It was a really dangerous situation. I had several bruises on one side of my leg and my iPhone LCD was broken. Due to this damage, I went to the information center and informed that situation. But the employee said, "We can not compensate." And "This is natural, so even if it happens, there is nothing we can do to compensate and we can not deal with it." I did not go where I should not go, and I just followed the path leading to the course. Even with these damages, they simply did not receive a refund of the admission fee. Visiting here is purely yours. But everything that happens here is "nature," so whatever damage happens, it is my responsibility. They did not even say they would care about facility management. This facility management is CLEARLY necessary because it is a bridge connecting places and places. And it is ALSO CLEARLY that you have to replace if bridge are rotten or not connected. I was very angry at the attitude of putting off the responsibility of the user not the facility side. I still have hurt and damage after the trip.
  • My personal highlight in Penang. The garden is huge and very well taken care of. There is so much to see and learn about all different types of plants. The audio guide is excellent. You will easily "get lost" within the garden but there is no particular order necessary to understand it all.
