Create an itinerary including Playa Delfines
Escape the tourist crowds by visiting Playa Delfines, one of Cancun's few uncrowded beaches. With slightly rougher sand and choppier water than some of the other spots nearby, this stretch of coastline compensates for a lack of modern amenities with fine views and a peaceful atmosphere. Ideal for those tired of throngs of vacationers, this little getaway also offers public parking--another rare plus. All that said, you do need to be mindful of riptides and heavy currents if you decide to swim here, so check the signs for the current conditions. It couldn't be easier to arrange your visit to Playa Delfines and many more Cancun attractions: make an itinerary online using Inspirock's Cancun itinerary site.

  • It really is a very beautiful beach, fun and very clean, they have showers and public bathrooms to change and rinse, I have yet to visit more but this was very good.

  • Bright blue water as far as the eye can see, white sand, and the warmth of the sun against your skin. What more could you ask for? This is a great beach with lots of umbrellas for public use, though be warned it gets quite busy and you’ll be fighting for a spot in the shade if you come later in the day! Also love that there are plenty of lifeguards and folks selling snacks and refreshments here.
  • Nice beach. A few vendors with water and fruits but little outside of this. It's a welcome break from the non stop selling in other beaches but it's too bad there isn't a shop a little closer or a cafe. If you're looking to bring your own drinks (no glass allowed) and don't want to rent a chair or be bothered, it's top pick
