    We visited this beach bar the last time we were in SJDS 2 years ago. The owner allowed patrons to use the pool for free as long as you purchased food and / or beverage from the restaurant. New owner.....  more

    Playa el Coco is a beautiful beech with beautiful sand and water. The beech is a lovely place to find wonderful relaxation and an opportunity to forget about the worldly events.

    Cute little town but the beach is small with black sand and black water from the Volcano that is near by. The resort’s are nice and the tours are good. The food is good too.

    We enjoy the little town. The beach sand is black, nothing great, but the view of the boats and mountain range that surrounds it makes it beautiful. We also walk down with our pups and usually you se people taking walking or running with their dogs. A lot of expats live close by, most of the expats drive golf carts into town.
