  • The Palmentuin is Paramaribo's main city park, and was opened as early as 1685! It has been closed also for a few centuries, but was reopened again early in the 20th century, and received a major...  more »
  • Most cities have a park with some grass and trees, but a park with high palm trees is does have something. Nice to walk through after wandering through the city streets.  more »
  • Very interesting park with palm trees and sample of original dwellings made from these trees and their leaves. You can find also playground for children and plenty of benches to sit take a rest and enjoy the atmosphere.
  • Excellent place for photos shooting .Nice silent place ,that looks beautiful with Palm trees, places to sit nice for lover's also playground for children. But don't forget there is a beautiful Saturn tree name Kan kandre bom,Shani Vrish .Is a type of large cotton tree .
