Bran is a commune in Brașov County, Romania. Venture out of the city with trips to Mountain Postavarul (in Poiana Brasov), Crucea Caraiman (in Busteni) and Sinaia (Peles Castle & Pelisor Castle). There's still lots to do: step into the grandiose world of Bran Castle (Dracula's Castle), explore the landscape on two wheels at Season Hill, pause for some serene contemplation at Predeal Monastery, and tour the pleasant surroundings at Zanoaga Ski Slope.

Reminiscent of the height of the bourgeoisie and retaining much of its medieval architecture, Sibiu is Romania's cultural gem.
Venture out of the city with trips to Alba Iulia (Traseul Celor Trei Fortificatii, Citadel of Alba Iulia, &more), Transfagarasan Highway (in Curtea de Arges) and Moldoveanu Peak (in Fagaras). There's still lots to do: explore the historical opulence of Castelul Corvinilor, examine the collection at Brukenthal National Museum, stroll the grounds of Church of the Annunciation, and enjoy breathtaking views from Turnul Sfatului (The Tower of the Council).
