A physical and cultural bridge between Europe and Asia, the transcontinental city of Istanbul serves as a living reminder of the Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman empires.
You'll visit kid-friendly attractions like Hagia Sophia Mosque and Sultan Ahmed Mosque. Step out of the city life by going to Deepist Diving & Travel and Bosphorus Strait. There's still lots to do: browse the eclectic array of goods at Kapali Carsi, take a stroll through Ortakoy, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Suleymaniye Cami , and admire the landmark architecture of Ayasofya Hurrem Sultan Hamam.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates to Istanbul is an approximately 8-hour flight. The time zone changes from Gulf Standard Time (GST) to Turkey Time (TRT), which is usually a -1 hour difference. In August, Istanbul is cooler than Dubai - with highs of 34°C and lows of 25°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 28th (Sun) to allow enough time to fly to Selcuk.

Selcuk — 1 night

An ideal base camp for exploring the Aegean coastline, Selcuk draws big tourist crowds due to its proximity to the ancient city of Ephesus.
Start off your visit on the 29th (Mon): delve into the distant past at Public Latrine, then contemplate the long history of Ancient City of Ephesus, and then steep yourself in history at Meryemana (The Virgin Mary's House).
