Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to Istanbul is an approximately 7-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of ferry and car. In July, Istanbul is a bit cooler than Jeddah - with highs of 34°C and lows of 23°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 9th (Sat) early enough to catch the flight to Trabzon.

Trabzon, historically known as Trebizond is a city on the Black Sea coast of northeastern Turkey and the capital of Trabzon Province. Kick off your visit on the 9th (Sat): appreciate the extensive heritage of Boztepe, steep yourself in history at Atatürk Köşkü, and then examine the collection at Trabzon Hagia Sophia Museum. On the 10th (Sun), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: Head underground at Çal Mağarası.
