  • A must place to go if visiting the area. Try and avoid the summer months as it'll be very hot. Best time to go is Nov - March (for cooler days and less visitors). Pay extra to visit the Terrace Houses exhibition, it is incredible! NB: there are no toilets inside the site, so you need to go before you enter.
  • A great site with stunning history. To walk in this area is to re live an old age of significance. Ephesus or Efes as known locally, is a worthy place to visit. Plenty of parking, with surrounding shops and food cafes. Various choices of ticket to enter with modern conveniences on the site. If it is hot, bring a hat as it is a very open space. Payment is cash or card. The whole site is over an hour to walk around, 2 hours or more if stopping to take in the moments.
