And stalls are populated by a community of diverse and friendly individuals, full of knowledge and passion.

An old style traditional open air market within the Shambles of York center. It had a wide range of stalls including fresh fruit and veg, butchers, a fishmonger, clothes, bags, novelty gifts etc.. Also has plenty of cooked food stands catering to a wide range of tastes, with benches to sit and eat. Really great for killing an hour or two when visiting the Shambles streets.
