Really worth the visit to escape the hustle and bustle of Manhattan and Brooklyn. An oasis of calm and tranquility. We got the subway and it is only a few minutes walk from the nearest station.

There's so much to see there. Must come back. The Cherry blossoms were heavenly! The Shakespeare Garden was also so special. The split pea soup at the Canteen was hearty and so delicious. Looking forward to returning to explore more sections. The landscaping is beautiful everywhere. Thoroughly enjoyed the Japanese gardens as well. What a treat, a refreshment for the mind, body and spirit!🙏🏽💙
I really like this botanical garden, been there multiple times ! But I gotta say after visiting NYC one I will love to visit this one again ! ♥️ If you coming to NYC for a short time & like to visit a botanical garden, then I will say to visit the NYC one which is located in Bronx! Very beautiful & clean. Best to visit is spring. Last year I got to visit the cherry festival & it was wonderful. Fall should be very beautiful too, that’s on my list .
