Small museum that shows a movie on how the canal was built. Very interesting! Very clever set-up. I wish we would have had time to go upstairs, but we had to get to the tour boat.

If you are wanting information on the history of the Erie Canal, this is a great place to go. You can get a lot of info in a short period of time and the interpreters were very knowledgeable.
